Navigating bosjoko Account Settings on Mobile
Our account settings menu lives behind a single tap on your mobile screen. On the Android app, open the hamburger menu (three horizontal lines) or tap your profile icon in the top-right corner. On iOS via browser, the same profile icon or menu button gets you there. From there, you'll see a list of options: Login & Password, Verification, Payment Methods, Notifications, and Session History.
We've ordered these sections by priority—security first, then payment control, then convenience features. This structure reflects how we think about account management: protecting your account comes before anything else, which is why we ask for password confirmation before allowing certain changes.
Clear account settings reduce friction and build trust. When users can easily see what's happening with their balance, their data, and their security, they feel more in control.
Login, Password, and Two-Factor Authentication
Your login credentials are the first layer of account security. On bosjoko, you can update your password from the Login & Password section in settings. We ask you to enter your current password before setting a new one—this prevents someone who has temporarily accessed your unlocked phone from changing your credentials permanently.
We also offer optional two-factor authentication (2FA). When enabled, logging in from a new device requires a code we send to your registered email or phone number via SMS. This is especially useful if you share a phone with family members or use shared devices in an internet café. You can toggle 2FA on or off anytime in the Login section, and we'll email you a confirmation of the change.
Biometric login on Android
Our Android app supports fingerprint and face recognition login. Once you enable this in settings, you skip the password screen—your phone's biometric sensor confirms it's you, and bosjoko opens instantly.
Verification and KYC Status
Before you can withdraw funds from bosjoko, we need to verify your identity. This is a legal requirement, not a choice. The Verification section in account settings shows your current status: either "Pending", "In Review", or "Verified". If you haven't started verification, this section guides you through the process in three steps.
- Identity document: Upload a photo of your national ID, passport, or driving licence. We accept clear, well-lit images taken with your phone camera. Our system validates the document automatically.
- Selfie: Take a photo of your face and confirm it matches your uploaded ID. We use this to prevent account takeover and fraud.
- Phone verification: We send a code to your registered phone number. Enter it in the app to confirm you own that number.
The entire process takes subject to verification on your phone. Once submitted, our team reviews your documents. If everything is clear, we mark your account as Verified, and you can immediately request a withdrawal. If we need clarification, we'll email you with next steps.
Payment Methods and Withdrawal Setup
The Payment Methods section is where you link your preferred channels for deposits and withdrawals. We support five main digital wallets in Indonesia—DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, and online payment—as well as direct bank transfers via e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, and online payment. You can add multiple payment methods and mark one as your default for quick withdrawals.
When you add a payment method, we ask for confirmation from that wallet or bank. For e-wallet, mobile banking, and similar services, you'll typically see a verification pop-up on your phone asking you to confirm the connection. This security step protects your account from accidental or fraudulent linking. Once confirmed, your payment method stays on file, and you can use it for future deposits or withdrawals without re-entering details.
Key takeaways
- Update your password anytime; 2FA adds a second layer of login security
- Complete verification in subject to verification on your phone before your first withdrawal
- Link local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, or bank accounts for subject to verification and withdrawals
- Mark one payment method as your default so withdrawals are faster
- All payment links are encrypted and never stored in plain text on your device
Notification Preferences and Data Usage
Notifications keep you informed about your account activity—session results, withdrawal status, promotion announcements—without overwhelming your phone. In the Notifications section, you can toggle each type on or off. Push notifications work on our Android app; on iOS, notifications respect your Safari settings.
We also include a "Quiet Hours" feature. Set a time window (for example, 10 PM to 8 AM), and we won't send notifications during that period. This is particularly useful during Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, or Imlek when you might want to enjoy family time without constant app alerts. You can pause notifications entirely for a specific duration—a week, a month, or until you manually re-enable them.
Session History and Withdrawal Tracking
Your session history on bosjoko logs every game round, spin, and bet. You can view your full history from the Session History section in account settings. Each entry shows the date, time, game name, stake, result, and final balance. This transparency helps you track your activity and review past decisions.
The Withdrawals subsection tracks every cash-out request you've made. You'll see the amount, the payment method it went to, the date requested, and the status (Pending, Processing, or Completed). If a withdrawal is delayed, we show an estimated completion window. You can also cancel a pending withdrawal from this section and have the funds returned to your bosjoko balance instantly.
Account Security Benefits
- Password protection with optional biometric login
- Two-factor authentication prevents unauthorized access
- Session history shows every transaction for audit
- Remote logout option if account is compromised
Important Limitations
- You cannot change email address; contact support if needed
- Verification cannot be skipped for withdrawals
- Payment method changes require confirmation from your bank or wallet
Mobile App Permissions and Data Sync
When you first install our Android app, we request permission to send notifications and access your phone's storage. These permissions let us deliver alerts and store session data locally (encrypted) so the app launches faster. You can revoke any permission in your phone's Settings app under Applications, and the bosjoko app will continue to work—notifications simply won't appear.
Our iOS browser version doesn't require app installation, so permissions work differently. Safari handles notifications and data storage automatically. If you want to block all bosjoko notifications on iOS, adjust Safari's notification settings for the bosjoko domain.
